Highway Engineering

M&S  provides  a  wide  range  of highway engineering  and  design services.  Key staff have  considerable highway  engineering experience and have managed  small  as well as  large  capital  improvement  projects.   We  have  also  followed  projects  from  feasibility  analysis  to  conceptual design,  final  design,  and  through  construction.    This  has enabled  us  to   develop  a   broad   scoped   approach  to   design  in  which   we consider each design element as it relates to the overall project. Each project is designed to meet the clients' needs while conforming to the most current applicable design standards. Social, economic, environmental factors, overall costs, and  constructability are also considered throughout each phase of design. All designs  are  accomplished  utilizing  the  latest   methodology  and  computer programs available.  Digital plans can be  prepared   in   either   MicroStation  or AutoCAD format.
