Arif R. Malick, P.E., C.M.E. (Principal)
Mr. Malick has decades of experience in transportation engineering with a strong emphasis in feasibility assessment, ecological assessment, environmental design and permitting, hydrologic and hydraulic design, and NEPA documentation. His knowledge of environmental regulations and interpretations assists clients in formulating regulatory compliance strategies at the earliest phase of project conceptualization. He has managed several capital improvement projects from scoping to final design to construction. Mr. Malick is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Municipal Engineer.
Glenn J. Scherer, P.E. (Principal)
Mr. Scherer has decades of experience in transportation engineering, traffic analysis and design, conceptual design, environmental design and permitting, and construction inspection/support. In addition, Mr. Scherer is responsible for the management, coordination, and preparation of zoning drawings and construction documents for over 2500 telecommunications sites. Mr. Scherer is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Maryland.
Colleen Connolly, P.E. (Associate)
Ms. Connolly has many years experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus in the areas of transportation planning and highway engineering. Her experience includes alternative analysis and engineering design, traffic studies and analysis, signal design, and traffic control plans. She has performed these services and provided technical supervision/coordination for several capital improvement projects. Ms. Connolly is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New Jersey and New York.
Robert Zalewski, P.E. (Associate)
Mr. Zalewski has a technical background in stormwater management, hydraulic and bridge scour analysis, and environmental permitting. He combines proficiency in hydrologic/hydraulic procedures and software with thorough knowledge of current environmental regulations to successfully coordinate and obtain approvals from regulatory agencies. Mr. Zalewski has served as technical supervisor for projects involving Flood Hazard, Pinelands, CAFRA, and Dam Safety Permits. Mr. Zalewski is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
Steven C. Ragazzo, P.E. (Director of Structures)
Mr. Ragazzo is a Structural Engineer and a Project Manager with extensive experience in all aspects of bridge design and inspection. His project work has included field inspection, superstructure and substructure design, repair and replacement, construction inspection, and project management. He has performed these services for numerous clients including NJDOT, NJTA, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, and the Port Authority, as well as county and municipal agencies. Mr. Ragazzo is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
Michael J. McAlpin, P.L.S. (Director of Surveying)
Mr. McAlpin possesses over 30 years of land surveying experience performing boundary and topographic surveys, ROW analysis and plans, basemapping, GPS control, ALTA/ACSM Title surveys, as-built surveys, and subdivisions. His experience includes working on capital improvement projects for a variety of public agencies including NJDOT, NJDOT, PennDOT, NJ Transit, SEPTA, NYCDDC, NJEDA, various counties and many townships. Mr. McAlpin is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the states of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
