Utilities Coordination
M&S understands that for a successful completion of a project, coordination with the utility companies early on in the design phase is important. M&S has years of experience with utility companies, and in developiong utility plans, utility checklists, and utility agreements. M&S has provided these services to NJTA and NJDOT.
Utilities Design
M&S provides Base mapping, design, plan preparation, and permitting services directly to utility companies to assist them with their infrastructure projects. M&S also provides construction stake-out and construction support services.
